I am in the process of editing together Traumatic Possession 3D: The Tape. I think come December, after it's finished, I will start working on the script for the sequel; Traumatic Possession 3D: A New Beginning. How long it will take before it gets made is all up to how much money the film and my other projects make in DVD sales on Amazon. There's an actress who I want to get and I am prepared to pay up for an IMDb Pro account to get the contact information. This actress has done horror before, but, I know this one will not be a cheap sell.
I am going through the editing process and going through the original 1.78:1 footage we shot with. It's driving me apeshit looking at the film filling up the whole television screen. I keep telling myself; "It will be back in scope soon!"
The main reason why I am editing the old 1.78:1 footage is so I can create the old full-frame, 1.33:1, version for the "Video Cut". I was also reading Michael J. Bassett's blog a while ago where he talked about having to create a cropped 1.33:1 cut for Silent Hill: Revelation 3D. I am working on title screens and making sure that I can keep them dead center without losing any of them in 2.35:1 or in 1.33:1.
It's surreal to think that Traumatic Possession 3D: The Tape will be getting a theatrical screening. I want to thank Dr. Bob Tesla for taking a chance on me. This is something that I am extreme proud of and cannot thank this man enough. I am going to be cutting a special trailer for the December 8th show.
I bought two video games yesterday; Army of Two: The 40th Day and Medal of Honor for the PS3. Paid about $20 for both of those games together. Started really getting into Medal of Honor, but, I am not playing it too much as I am finishing the film. I liked going in and killing terrorists. Gives me an idea for a war film.
