Sorry for no updates. The DVD master is almost completed and we will be having copies ready to go by the release date, March 5th. Nothing new to report really. Just scribbling away on the next few scripts. Today, however, I am taking the day off. I haven't been to the movies in almost a month. So, today is catch up! Going to go see The Last Dawn, Wreck it Ralph 3D, A Haunted House, Red Dawn, and Skyfall.
Plugging away at making DVD files at my laptop in front of my TV screen and just wearing boxers is starting to drive me a little crazy. Fixed the sync issues with the sound on the isolated score as well as the audio files because I realized that the audio master was from the previous master which was about five seconds shorter. Whoops! Then, I encoded the audio wrong on the work print and deleted the files. I scrambled around and thought all was lost until I went into the folder with the December 4th trailer and there it was hidden away. So, I encoded it again and the audio is fine. So, it's all fixed. I am planning on doing one more encode on the film's SD file, just to get the highest bitrate possible for the disc. Should all be finished by this weekend.
Anniversary of my accident is coming up in another week and a half. Can't believe it's been a year since I started this blog and got hit by a car at the same time. Time flies. I know that first hand. Also, I am proof that miracles exist. Hit by a car, had to learn how to walk and talk again, and I am almost 100% within a year later, it's incredible.
Have a good day, y'all!

"Traumatic Possession: The Director's Cut" DVD & More News.
I had posted the DVD menus the other day on Youtube. I will be fixing the errors up on Monday. Since I have Thursday and Friday off from work, I could get the DVD finalized. The final DVD artwork itself will be unveiled come this Friday. And then finally the DVD will be released on the 5th of March. With the "Bootleg Edition" coming out once we get the Director's Cut finished.
I am also planning on doing another theatrical screening; possibly a showcase/marathon with Traumatic Possession 2D: The Director's Cut, Into the Madness: A Documentary, Stories, and Ghosts of Mansfield. With Into the Madness, we will be doing some more filming. Copies will probably be out around May 2013. Into the Madness will be just the movie only. However, with the Traumatic Possession 3D: The Tape "Limited Bootleg Edition", Into the Madness will contain exclusive bonus material.
On Twitter the other night, I wrote; "Is alone right now. *SIGH* But, you can take me home on March 5th with "TRAUMATIC POSSESSION 2D: THE TAPE" COMING TO DVD!!" I am making money off of my sadness. LOL.

March 5th, 2013 ... Get Ready!
I know that I announced the limited "Bootleg" edition of Traumatic Possession 3D: The Tape for March 5th. It's delayed. I want to include my director's cut for the boxset as opposed to just leaving it out and making another release. Well, I want to announce that on March 5th, a 2D only version will be released via DVD-R.
I will have the disc finished in another two to three weeks as I am still tweaking the audio. The bonus material page you saw needs redone as I forgot to list the 45 minute work print version of the film. Bootleg Edition will be out this summer...

The Emotional Aspect of "Godzilla Vs Destoroyah". Spoilers...
Sure, to most, the Godzilla films are nothing more than just a guy running around in a suit destroying a fake city for ninety minutes. Most just brush them off. However, as Godzilla was what inspired me to be a filmmaker, I enjoy them greatly. Upon watching Godzilla Vs Destoroyah a few weeks ago, something caught me that I didn't really notice before. Godzilla is not the only Godzilla in the film, there's his son, Godzilla Junior. Godzilla Junior is killed by Destoroyah. And Godzilla is dying, the whole premise of this film is that man is trying to prevent the destruction caused by Godzilla's "Meltdown".
The emotional aspect of Godzilla, as he is dying, goes to his son's side as he lays there. Junior takes a final breath as his father is trying to breath radiation onto him to give him some energy. Junior closes his eyes and Godzilla just starts whaling. He gives out a roar and the brightness of his skin starts flashing like crazy as he's in distress. And before the scene could get anymore emotional, Godzilla's attacked by Destoroyah.
And when Godzilla starts fighting Destoroyah again, I see this look of anger. As Godzilla's dorsal fins starts melting off and buildings behind him go ablaze, he blows fire at Destoroyah and everything just goes up in flames around him. It's a sign that Godzilla brings hell to Destoroyah. Seeing the flames all around them and Godzilla roaring.
I think the best part about the end, is that when Godzilla's dead and gone, the radiation expulsion from his body is rapidly being absorbed by something. And when we get to that final shot of the film where you see nothing but the smoke and desolate Tokyo which looks nothing like Tokyo, we see something off in the distance... We see it, Godzilla Junior. His father's death brings him back and with all of that radiation that is taken in, he's a full grown Godzilla. We don't see him in the final shot, but, you know he's probably a mean looking Godzilla. Ready to take on any monster like his father did.
I think for the fact that they decided to end the film with Junior alive and well shows that they wanted to have a emotional aspect to the series. That Godzilla Junior was meant to carry on the torch from his father. It's a shame Toho didn't get their chance to continue that storyline. I like to think that Godzilla 2000 is a continuation, even though it's a new storyline.

"TRAUMAtic Possession 3D: The Tape", "Stories", and "Juggernaut 3D" Updates.
There's the working poster for the film. Each of those squares will be filled in with an image from each of the short films. Abby is confirmed to be writing a segment. So, six of the nine stories are filled. Two other shorts are being shadowed until we can confirm them. That makes eight, leaving one left. I have an idea for the ninth segment and I'll be meeting the person for this segment in two weeks.
All ready talking to an actress who has some professional work about popping up in the film. I will not disclose anymore information until she is signed on. I will be contacting her agent in another month when we start the filming on the segment Wonder. And for a final update, put a call out for a 2nd Unit Director in Hawaii. We're going to have one of the segments take place in Hawaii and I put the call out for someone who lives out there to take the job.
The capitalization of TRAUMA was intentional in "TRAUMAtic Possession". To announce it here first, the director's cut of Traumatic Possession 3D: The Tape is going to be retitled to Trauma and be available in 2D only. Both cuts will be available on the Blu-ray. Trauma will be released on the limited "Bootleg Edition" DVD.
Finally a small update on Juggernaut 3D, talked to a person about acting in the film. So, we might have a second unit in L.A. I will be giving more updates on the movie closer to filming time, which won't be until Spring 2014. I am gaining weight for the film and am currently at 160 pounds. I have the P90X DVDs which I will be starting here in the following weeks.

"Stories"...
I am currently working on a short film collection which will include nine shorts and they will be, at a maximum, ten minutes each. One of the short films will be a prelude to Sadisme. I mentioned it a while ago, something called Wonder and is a ten page love letter to someone and Sadisme. Ha. I will probably do half of the stories in Stories. I can tell you that the plan for Wonder is to be in B&W and have an aspect ratio of 1.33:1.
Another one that I can tell you about is Tourmente aka T is for Torture. That was originally going to be the short film I did for The ABC's of Death. However, I decided against it, as some of the specifications was that they could edit the short and that the short must be in 1.78:1 for the aspect ratio. I don't know about you, but, I can't do just matted widescreen, which is 1.78/85 for an aspect ratio. The aspect ratio will vary for each of the short films. I will be talking to Abby and Stephen and some others about doing work on the shorts.
Finally, I will be getting my IMDB page update soon and I will be going IMDB Pro and searching out indie filmmakers in the states surrounding me and try to get some acting gigs going. I am looking forward to wowing some people. And to my mysterious fan who leaves me messages, let me know what you think of Traumatic Possession 3D: The Tape.

Premiere Pics and a Something From the "Sweetie Man"!
Premiere pics:
Here is the full length film, theatrical cut, presented in 2D. Video on top is the film; video on the bottom is the film with commentary which I recorded at 4 am this morning. I am working on the director's cut. The director's cut will be released at the earliest in March. It all depends on how fast we get Ghosts of Mansfield finished.
I hope you all enjoy the film. Hit up the IMDB page and leave some love for the film.
Happy Birthday. Wish you were here .
With the facial hair growing in nicely, I really think that my appearance is becoming ideal for Juggernaut 3D. Which is inspired by the look of German actor Benno Furmann in the film Princess and the Warrior. I am hoping to get around to shooting Juggernaut 3D in early 2014. I am spending my time writing Ghosts of Mansfield and working on notes for Juggernaut 3D and two untitled projects. I will be making one of the untitled films before I get around to Juggernaut 3D. And then Sadisme, Traumatic Possession: Rebirth, and Maze of Thought will probably be the follow ups after Juggernaut 3D.
Now, to quote Sharlto Copely as Wikus Van Der Merwe; "I'm the sweetie man!"
